Nemir, an up-and-coming rapper from Perpignan, France, has been making waves in the music industry with his playful voice and undeniable talent. He first gained recognition in 2010 when he won the Buzz Booster competition, which kickstarted his career. Since then, he has collaborated with notable artists such as Nekfeu, Enzo Serra, and Alpha Wann.
Nemir has been honing his skills since he was just 11 years old, participating in open mics and freestyle battles to become the experienced performer he is today. He launched his first EP, “Next Level #1,” in 2009, followed by “Next Level #2” in 2010. He then released the production “Ailleurs” in 2012, featuring Deen Burbigo and Alpha Wann, which helped establish his name in the industry. In 2013, he released his EP “Elsewhere,” which featured 10 titles.
In 2018, Nemir took time to focus on self-discovery and finding a balance between his musical creations and his desired style. He started the year off by releasing the EP “Hors-série” and announcing the release date for his first official album. In September 2019, he released his debut album “NEMIR.” The artist wanted to change the style of this new album by creating “an open album, non-performative, simple and direct.” He possesses the techniques of rap, but also follows his instincts to create the music that his soul demands. His passion for his vocation is evident in his music.
In June 2021, Nemir released his latest album “ORA” which features 7 tracks. This album showcases the artist’s evolution as a musician and his ability to seamlessly blend different styles and influences. The album received positive reviews and solidified Nemir’s place as a prominent figure in the French hip-hop scene.
